Mindfulness & SEL in Schools; Support for Faculty, Administrators and Students

This workshop supports the participants in intentionally developing increased body-mind awareness, self-reflective skills, and a basic understanding of SEL. It is designed to assist the participants in cultivating a deeper sense of self, and what motivates their
desire for learning, growing, and relating more deeply with themselves and others. Participants will practice integrative techniques supporting mindfulness, self-reflection, and self-connection. Immediate take-aways include: Mindful breathing, identifying stress in the body through mindful body scans, creating a mindful practice throughout the workday, and engaging in deep listening skills using singing bowls and guided meditation.
